Our products are packed with care, we accept returns within 10 days after delivery if the mistakes are made us. If products in transit during shipping, please file a damage report to USPS since they request to see damaged products. 

If you got a free shipping on your products and you plan to return, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. You will get a full refund once we confirm receipt of products. 

For custom made items, processing and turnover time takes 5 - 7 days. Once you approve a mockup sent to you, we don't accept returns and refunds on such products except if the error is from us.
